Free USPS Priority Mail for all orders?

All orders are shipped completely free of charge via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Your scale will be lovingly wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and packed snugly in a cardboard box using styrene peanuts.

Shipping within 24 hours on all orders?

Our warehouse is open from Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Orders received on weekends, federal holidays or after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day. On the average, you can expect delivery to any address in the continental United States within three or four days!

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We never have a problem with deliveries to U.S. Post Office Boxes. All of our orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

Do you accept International orders?

Sorry, but we don't ship outside of the United States at this time.

Does it come with batteries?

Every scale that we sell is shipped with the required batteries. If the manufacturer hasn't already included them, we add them ourselves at no extra charge! If you choose to comparison shop, don't forget that batteries and shipping are already included in every price we quote. That's often not the case with most other online retailers of digital scales.

What if my scale doesn't work properly?

All of the scales that we sell at Digital Scales.net are covered by manufacturer's warranties. If you are returning a scale for warranty service, please follow all instructions carefully.

Do you accept returned merchandise?

All of the scales that we sell are covered by manufacturer's warranties. We will only accept the return of a scale damaged during shipping. There's a 20% restocking fee on all other returns. Returns must include all of the packaging, literature, accessories with no sign of usage or wear. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by phone or email. Returns must be postmarked at the customer's expense within ten days of original delivery. Please address any returned merchandise to Digital Traffic Net, 3807-GH South Peoria #291, Tulsa OK 74105.

What is PayPal and must I use them?

All of our Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card transactions are currently being processed using PayPal's secure shopping cart system. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in, they check to see if you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. PayPal has verified our identity as an assurance of our credibility.

Any information that you supply to us directly or via PayPal is used only to facilitate transactions that are initiated by you.
